The priority system defines the relative speeds of all the users on the site.
It affects every part of the site; Rom downloads, Rom list loading, and normal page loading.

How it works:
Everybody, by default, has priority 1000, unless otherwise specified by the server.
Those who have a higher priority level get more bandwidth than other users.
Priority 2000 means you get twice the speed that people with the normal 1000 get.
This is a substancial increase if you are in a hurry.

Priority accounts also allow download accelerators to work. For every thousand above 1000, another thread is allowed.
For example: Priority 2000 allows 2 threads, 5000 allows 5, and 10000 allows 10.

Here, you can purchase a priority level for a selected number of months. The price will be created in accordance with the data given.
When payment is recieved, an email will be sent to the email address specified on the account which payed for it. (Your paypal account)
The email will specify a Username and Password which you can use to login to the priority system so that your extra speed will be available to you.

Priority accounts will expire when the account has been active for the number of months specified.

Rate: For every 2 levels, past 1000, 1 cent is charged. This is multiplied by the number of months you specify you want to have the priority for.
For Example: Priority 2000 will cost $5/mo. You will be downloading twice as fast as normal users. That's a deal!

The form is simplified. Just input the number of times faster you want to be able to download. The form will do the rest.
